How can I reserve a unit?

What do I need to have in order to rent a unit?

We required government issued photo-identification and payment.


When can I move in?

You can move in during normal business hours of operations.


How can I access my stuff after hours?

Each tenant receives a personalized access code to enter the facility. If you do not enter your code prior to entering and access your unit an alarm will sound.

What are your lease terms?

We have flexible lease terms; however, the minimum lease term is 4 weeks.


How can I pay for my storage unit?

You can pay either online, cash, debit or credit.


Do I need to bring my own lock?

No, when renting one of our units you must purchase one of our locksets ($14.99). 2 keys will be provided.


How do I know how much space I require?

Are there items I am not allowed to store in my unit?

Yes. There are guidelines pertaining to what you can store in your unit. Food, flammable liquids, toxic materials, explosives or paint are not allowed to be stored. Please ask our onsite staff for a more detailed list.
